בס״ד · for mesivtos and zals

Built for how a yeshiva actually runs.

Sedarim, not periods. Hebrew names and dates. Mark a seder in three taps, with no wifi if that is what the zal has.

The hanhala dashboard — the seder running right now, the bochurim nobody has accounted for, and who to call over

What we aim to fix a bug you report in

The daily loop

Three taps per boy, and the seder is done.

  • Everyone starts present — tap only the boys who are not there.
  • Late minutes stamp themselves from the seder's own start time, on the school's clock.
  • No wifi, no problem: marks queue on the phone and sync when the signal returns.
The marking screen — on time, late or absent for each bochur, with the seder's own colour on the header and the Hebrew date above it

Follow-ups

One list, and the thing on it is a boy.

  • Lateness, a failed bechina, something in the hallway, a sheet not handed in — gathered under the boy, not spread over four screens.
  • Knasim and hashlamos stay on the list until somebody collects them.
  • And it names the boy who is sliding — this fortnight against the one before it — while the conversation is still an easy one.
The follow-ups list — each bochur with what was noticed about him and what is owed
Who is sliding — boys to call in, boys to keep an eye on, and one worth a good word, each with his attendance this fortnight against the one before

The whole picture

Every seder, every boy, one month at a time.

Hebrew dates across the top. Tap any square to fix the mark where you found it.

A month of attendance on one grid — every seder down the side, every day across the top with its Hebrew date, and each square coloured by what was marked

Four dashboards

Everyone gets their own door.

One record of the yeshiva, and a different screen onto it for each person who opens it.

The rebbi

His shiurim, and nothing else

He opens his phone and the seder he is standing in front of is already there. A substitute's access is time-boxed and expires on its own.

The menahel

The whole building, live

What is running, what nobody has opened, and the boys nobody has accounted for — named, not counted.

A parent

Without calling the office

Every son, his reports and his photo, and a leave request the school answers with a tap.

A bochur

His own numbers, if you want it

He reads his own attendance and marks, changes nothing, and only if the school switches it on for him.

A parent's view of one boy — his attendance, his marks and his report card, opened from a link with no account

Made to fit

No two yeshivos run the same. It doesn’t make them.

Your categories, not ours

The behaviour kinds you write down, the rubric dimensions you score, your grade bands, your report-card headings, a colour per shiur.

Your calendar and your day

Your zmanim by name, your own days off, per-shiur times for one subject, and a school year that acts as a lens over every report.

The roster you already have

Upload the office spreadsheet and it reads your own column headings. Re-upload a corrected file and it updates instead of duplicating.

Ask, and a person answers

Not a ticket queue. Most of what is in here started as a school asking for it, and there is an assistant inside the app that answers from the manual and says when it does not know.

The awkward cases are answered on the questions page — the same answers your staff get from inside the app.

Pricing

One price for the yeshiva. Not per boy, not per rebbi.

Every plan is the whole product — every seder, every portal, every report. The band is set by how many bochurim you have, taken at signup and then once a year, so adding a boy in Kislev never changes your bill.
